TLC believes that the years prior to elementary school
are very important to a child's growth and
development. The preschool program will be flexible
enough to accommodate the needs and interests of
each individual child and at the same time enable
each child to obtain certain general goals such as: to
build positive and satisfying self-concept, to develop
independence and self-reliance, to build a sense of
responsibility for self and others.
The educational component will include a total
learning experience in the following cognitive areas:
language development, gross and fine motor skills,
prereading, math and writing skills, spatial
relationships, and creative arts.
